A structural engineer recommended Duratech. Duratech responded quickly, took detailed measurements, provided a site diagram with pier locations as well as background information which helped me understand my foundation problem and the repairs needed to correct the foundation issues. The project cost estimate was also competitive. The project manager, Pedro, answered all my questions and the Duratech crew installed 13 piers in less then two days with little disruption and the sizeable crack is now just a line. I was concerned that the utility company did not arrive to mark my utility lines to avoid them being damaged by the repair. I expressed my concerns to Duratech about my fiber cable being damaged during digging and they explained they are very careful during the process. The repair completed today and nothing was damaged. They scheduled the work and sent a very professional crew out to perform the foundation remediation. Their attention to detail was appreciated and workmanship are by far some of the best I’ve seen.
