Foundation repair guidance on this site is reviewed by Greg Gottwald, owner of Duratech Texas Foundation Repair. Duratech is a family-operated Houston company that has been repairing foundations across the Greater Houston area since 1999.

Pages describing how we diagnose, price and perform work are checked against how the work is actually carried out in the field — not against generic industry copy. Where a page carries a “Reviewed for accuracy” line, it has been read and approved by the owner, and the review date is shown.

How we write about cost

We publish real Houston cost ranges rather than a single headline number, because the honest answer depends on the number of piers, depth to load-bearing strata, access, and soil conditions on your specific lot. Our pier installation estimator uses the same per-pier rates our crews quote from.

Prices shown on this site are current at the last review date on each page. A written estimate from an on-site inspection is always the authoritative figure.

What we will not publish

• We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, or testimonials. Our review count and star rating come from our verifiable Google Business Profile.
• We do not publish customer names, addresses or photographs without permission.
• We do not claim certifications, licences or affiliations we do not hold.
• We do not use scare tactics. Where a symptom commonly has a non-structural cause, we say so — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.

Corrections
