A transparent, step-by-step workflow from your first call to the lifetime warranty.
Every job follows the same transparent process. No surprises, no pressure, no upselling.
A certified structural inspector visits your home, takes precise altimeter measurements across the foundation, and identifies what is actually moving (and what is not).
You receive a written estimate with a site diagram showing pier locations, repair methodology, materials, and a clear price. No verbal promises.
Once you approve, we schedule the work around your timeline. Most residential jobs are completed in 1–2 days.
Our crew performs the work using engineered methods, then issues your lifetime transferable warranty along with full documentation.
You call or fill out our form. We schedule an inspection, usually within a few days, sooner for emergencies. A certified inspector arrives, walks the property, and takes elevation measurements at multiple points across your foundation. They examine cracks, doors, windows, floors, and the surrounding soil and drainage. There is no charge and no obligation.
If your foundation needs work, you receive a written proposal with: a site diagram showing exactly where each pier (or other repair) will go, the engineering rationale, materials being used, the lifetime warranty terms, and the total price. If your foundation does not need work yet, we tell you that and explain what to monitor.
Once you approve the proposal, we handle any required permits and schedule the work around you. We confirm the start date, walk you through what to expect (yard access, noise, time of day), and answer any final questions.
Our crew arrives, sets up access points, and installs piers, beams, shims, or whatever the proposal called for. We use hydraulic equipment to lift the structure back to elevation, lock off the supports, backfill, and clean up the site. Most homes are fully repaired and back to normal life within 48 hours.
Before we leave, we walk you through the work, verify all measurements, and answer any remaining questions. You receive complete documentation including your lifetime transferable warranty.
Houston soil moves. If years down the road your foundation shows movement related to our repair, you call us — we come back and make recommended adjustments at no charge under your warranty.
Typical timeline: 1–2 weeks from inspection to finished repair. Emergencies can be faster. Complex commercial work may take longer.
